The apartment has a lovely covered terrace furnished with table and chairs for wonderful outdoor meals. Additional comforts include air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fan in the bedroom, Wi-Fi connection, TV (non-satellite) and a covered parking space within the property.



The heart of the residence is the splendid 17-metre-long swimming pool, enhanced by a hydromassage area and a bar zone, ideal for moments of relaxation or preparing breakfast outdoors. Nearby, a refined bathroom with shower and changing room offers additional convenience.



The garden, carefully curated in every detail, is an oasis of elegance: stylishly furnished, it includes a barbecue available to guests, who can choose to dine in the apartment, by the pool or on the panoramic covered terrace.
