This lovely villa is located between Siena and Volterra,
the landscaped garden that leads to the pool from the villa is surrounded by orchards and olive groves that will ensure your privacy. You can watch beautiful sunsets and accompany your holiday with the sweet sounds of nature. When booking you will have the exclusive use of the villa, pool and relaxing Jacuzzi 5 seats (no other guests in the area). The villa allows you to reach in 30 minutes-1 hour at prenicipali cities of Tuscany such as Siena, Monteriggioni, Volterra, San Gimignano, Bolgheri and Florence (1.5 hours).

Si le paradis existe, il est lĂ  !

Bien sûr il y a l'environnement des champs d'oliviers, la vue sur les vallons, le village et le chùteau. Bien sûr il y a la piscine et le jacuzzi et le feu de bois pour les soirées fraßches. Bien sûr il y a le calme de la campagne. Il y a tout cela qui rend votre séjour inoubliable. Mais plus que tout il y a la gentillesse, l'attention, la prévenance, la bonne humeur et le sourire de Gina et de Franco qui rendent votre séjour unique ! Mille mercis encore à nos charmants hÎtes ! Wonderful stay and great hosts

What a lovely property in mid Tuscany. Privacy of the pool and hot tub was great. It was tempting to stay there all the time but was well located for trips out to San Gimignano, volterra Siena and Chianti Classico region. Hosts Gina and Franco were so welcoming and helpful. They generously ensured we had some food, drink and some Italian desserts. We would love to come again.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

ein sehr schönes haus, sehr gepflegte Anlage mit den besten Gastgebern, die man sich wĂŒnschen kann. Pool, Whirlpool sind die Highlights. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Daher auch etwas abgeschieden. Ein toller Urlaub!

Warm welkom op prachtige locatie

Wij hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf op deze prachtige locatie en gastvrijheid. Gina en Franco zijn tophosts. Omgeving is Toscane zoals je het je voorstelt. De tuin met zwembad is fantastisch en het huis is fijn. Huiskamer zou evt wat sfeervoller en praktischer kunnen worden ingericht.

Einer der schönsten Urlaube

Den 5 Sternen die das Objekt und die Vermieter bisher erhalten haben können wir nur zustimmen ! Ein wirklich sehr,sehr tolles Haus mit perfektem Pool und Jacuzzi. Der Garten ist Top gepflegt. Auf dem gesamten GrundstĂŒck ist man alleine fĂŒr sich, von keiner Seite einsehbar. DafĂŒr hat man eine tolle Aussicht ĂŒber das ganze Gebiet. Die Einfahrt zum Haus ĂŒber den riesigen Olivengarten ist schon ein Erlebniss fĂŒr sich. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden. BettwĂ€sche, HandtĂŒcher, komplette KĂŒchenausstattung..... Ein Grill steht (mit allen Utensilien, Holz, AnzĂŒnder, Kohle...) auch zur VerfĂŒgung Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist schon vor der Anreise absolut super. ( sogar mit youtube video fĂŒr die Anreise damit man das Tor nicht verpasst) Sie sind wie kleine HeinzelmĂ€nnchen jeden Morgen unsichtbar am Haus um den Pool, Jacuzzi und Garten zu pflegen. Dabei hinterlassen sie meist kleine Geschenke fĂŒr Ihre GĂ€ste ( eigene Tomaten, Kuchen, Creme Brulee.......) Sie sind stets hilfsbereit und immer zu erreichen wenn nötig, aber keinesfalls aufdringlich ! Nochmals ein ganz liebes Dankeschön an Gina und Franco fĂŒr die tolle Zeit. Wir werden wieder kommen. Simply beautiful

Our expectations were surpassed. The villa is spotless, the location is so peaceful, the pool is wonderful and the hosts kind and attentive. There is nothing not to love. The pool is 1.4m deep and was the perfect temperature (end of August), it is bigger than it looks and crystal clear without the chemical smell. In the afternoon you are treated to a display of birds swooping down and drinking / collecting bugs from the surface of the water. We made use of the hot tub a few times, but preferred just sitting on the patio and playing cards in the evening watching the amazing sunset. There were a few mosquitos as you'd expect, but all the windows had nets so they didn't bother us at night. Despite the hot weather the house was cool and we had no problems sleeping. The villa has a long private drive and feels totally safe without being isolated, the village of Montecastelli Pisano just a ten minute walk away, although it is up quite a steep hill. The views from the village are beautiful and the restaurant was great - the owners spoke English and the food and wine very reasonably priced. The co-op in Pomarance is fairly well stocked, but also fairly expensive - unless you head to Siena there didn't seem to be any alternatives. If you're driving fuel prices are the highest we had seen anywhere, in some cases 30c more than in the north of Tuscany. We did a day trip to Siena, parked at the station and walked in. We also went to Volterra (the roads are quite steep), parking there was difficult so best to go early in high season. Other than that we didn't want to leave the Villa except for essentials. As everyone has mentioned Gina and Franco are so lovely, we were treated to Tiramisu (AMAZING), cake, eggs and figs from the garden. They always came early to attend to the pool and garden and we rarely saw them because we slept so well. The beds were really comfortable. I can't recommend staying highly enough and I am so glad I booked. I would definitely come again if we return to Tuscany. Thank you so much Gina and Franco

Amazing villa and owners

This is the most beautiful house we have ever rented. It is located in the Tuscan hills, having amazing views, it has a very nice swimming pool, two large rooms with vans and two large bathrooms. It also has a lovely patio and the most spectacular garden. It is fully equipped with all you need (kitchen utensils, dish washer, washing machine etc.). On top of that, the owners are incredibly nice, leaving you lovely self made Italian recipes. Our contact with them was also great, and they came to clean the pool and water the garden every day very discretely. We would definitely love to come back!

Italiensische Gastfreundschaft kaum zu ĂŒbertreffen

Das Haus von Gina und Franco ist sehr gepflegt und der Garten eine Oase. Die liebenswerten Gastgeber kommen alle Tag vorbei und kĂŒmmern sich um den Pool und den Garten. Sie tun dies sehr diskret und nur FrĂŒhaufsteher unter den GĂ€sten werden sie bemerken. Gina hat uns mit vielen Köstlichkeiten aus ihrer KĂŒche verwöhnt. Viele schöne StĂ€dte oder auch das Meer sind in einer Stunde bis 90 min erreichbar. Allerdings sind die Strassen sehr kurvig und man braucht etwas Zeit. BettwĂ€sche und FrottewĂ€sche wurden nach einer Woche gewechselt und waren ausreichend vorhanden. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus machen. Wir sind, unter anderem, mit einem Tesla angereist. In Pomerance kann man das E Auto laden. Pomerance ist ca 15min vom Haus entfernt. Das Restaurant in Montecastelli Pisano ist sehr zu empfehlen. Without doubt the best experience to date; the owners are outstandingly good at everything they do. Our arrival was delayed because of Avis Car Hire- we should have arrived around 20.00, but were still in Pisa waiting far a car at that time- the owners waited an extra 2 hours for us to arrive. Each day, they came to the villa to clean the pool, remove and replace rubbish sacks, and did so very in-obtrusively; they left little notes with a present- Pana cota, eggs, a dessert, all home made. Wonderful experience.

Heaven on Earth

We all agree this was the most relaxing holiday ever! After a pain free drive from Pisa through the beautiful Tuscan countryside we arrived at Montecastelli. The villa was instantly recognisable as we approached. We were warmly greeted by the owners who showed us round our beautiful surroundings. The villa was very clean and very well equipped for us self catering. It is located in a wonderfully quiet area where we were joined by buzzards flying overhead in the day and the sound of owls in the evening. The pool and hot tub are wonderful! Pool is around 3 feet or so deep and our 10 year old could stand easily. It is also gated for those with young families. We spent one day out in Siena but opted to relax for the remainder of the time. The villa provided the perfect surroundings for this. A well stocked shop is about 10 to 15 minutes away. Gina kindly left a very generous hamper on our arrival and dropped of some fabulous treats through the week. Your pane cotta will be long remembered as being amazing! Thank you for a wonderful time in beautiful Italy. We will be back I’m sure.

Wonderful villa in a beautiful location

From the amazing sunsets, the clean, airy villa, the fantastic views - this was an excellent place to stay. The swimming pool was lovely as was the jacuzzi. Gina and Gianfranco did everything to make our stay lovely and we were given a wonderful cake, tiramisu and plum tart - all homemade! We will be back!

Kleines Bijou in den HĂŒgeln der Toskana

Die Kommunikation mit Gina war von Anfang an super, sie hat immer sofort geantwortet. Das Haus war sehr sauber und alles was man fĂŒr die Ferien braucht war vorhanden. Ein grosses Plus waren der Pool, der Whirlpool und die MĂŒckengitter an allen Fenstern!! Gina und Franco kamen jeweils morgens in der FrĂŒh, um die Blumen zu giessen und den Pool zu reinigen. Dabei waren sie immer sehr leise und versuchten uns nicht zu stören. Im Gegenteil: immer wieder fanden wir beim Aufstehen eine kleine Überraschung vor: GemĂŒse oder FrĂŒchte aus ihrem Garten oder auch selbstgemachtes Pesto, Tiramisu... Danke Gina und Franco, das war jeweils wunderbar!!

Wundervolles Kleinod im Olivenhain

Einzeln stehendes sehr gepflegtes, sauberes, und sehr gut gewartetes Haus mit eignem Pool und Jaccuzzi in einem Olivenhain. Das Haus ist wunderschön. Der Blick in die Toskana ist unbeschreiblich schön: PostkartenmotivqualitĂ€t. Komplette Ruhe. Niemand anderes in Sichtweite. Das Vermieterehepaar ist extrem herzlich, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Man muss 20min zum CooP, 45min nach Sienna und 1 Stunde nach Florenz ĂŒber kurvige Straßen fahren. Ein Restaurant mit leckerer Pizza ist in MonteCastelli. Alle anderen Restaurants zwischen 20 und 40min Fahrstrecke entfernt.

A beautiful place

Very well looked after by the owners. Wonderful views from the house and garden. Even the lighting on the ancient castle and geothermal towers across the valley add to the nighttime atmosphere. If you like walking, there are rugged paths from the house into the woods and the Pavone valley which is an idyllic place. And quite a lot of others around and about. We never saw wild boar, but often heard them and saw lots of their tracks.

Fantastic honeymoon location

Myself and my wife spent a week at Centopino as part of our honeymoon touring Italy and it was exactly what we needed. As soon as we booked communication with Gina and information has always been a pleasure. The photos actually do not do the Villa justice as the pool somehow is larger than it looks, the Villa is perfectly located to all major towns for sightseeing and close enough to small towns for lunches etc, not thay you will need them with the delicious basket and treats Gina leaves. The pdf gina provides gives all the information you will require but the private chef at the villa is for sure a tuscan culinary experience not to miss. We hope to return to the region one day and I am sure when we do we will be looking to stay here again.

Perfect villa and perfect hosts

The villa is in the most beautiful setting - better than the pictures, surrounded by rolling hills and an olive grove as well as being totally private! Watch the sunset over the Tuscan hills from the patio or jacuzzi and feed the wild boar... this villa is truly great for relaxation. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of towels, as well as a bbq. The hosts were fabulous and checked in with us regularly, as well as providing some lovely treats throughout the week! We walked up to the local village which has 2 restaurants, there is also a coop supermarket 15 minutes drive away for supplies. Apprx 1 hour drive to the beautiful Sienna, plenty of things to do whilst here! Thank you Gina and Franco for a fabulous week and we hope to see you again :) :)

Zwei Wochen bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen in dieser wunderbaren Landschaft - unser Sommerurlaub 2019. Und was war das Beste? Gewiss das authentisch-moderne und saubere Haus. Und der entspannende Whirlpool mit Aussicht. Der tĂ€glich genutzte geniale Pool. Die toskanische Flora und Fauna, hier insbesondere die quirligen Eidechsen, Geckos und die Rotte der Wildschweine, die Rehe und Hasen. Gewiss die Food- und Musicfestivals in Pomerance, die Besuche von Pisa, Florenz, Volterra und Grosseto. Die unvergleichliche Handwerkskunst in den italienischen Gelaterien. Nicht zu vergessen Siena, die schönste der toskanische StĂ€dte und der einzigartige Pizza del Campo. Und das Beste kommt zum Schluß...
