The adults-only holiday home “Sonnenresidenz Nature” is located in the picturesque village Kastelruth, only 3 km or a 5-minute drive from the famous Seiser Alm (Alp di Siusi) and it is the ideal accommodation to enjoy a relaxed holiday surrounded by nature and a breathtaking landscape. It has been furnished in a rustic yet modern style with wooden furniture that, together with the warm light coming in from the windows, creates a relaxed and cozy atmosphere ideal for your holiday. This 34m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom (with a queensize bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite and cable television. The apartment offers a nice balcony where guests can relax in the morning with a cup of coffee and enjoy the views over the mountains. There is also a shared lush garden where you can enjoy the sun on one of the sunbeds and, if you are traveling with children, this is also the ideal place for them to play.. You will find a selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in the village Castelrotto, which can be reached after a 5-minute drive (2.5 km), while Bolzano (Bozen) awaits you after a 30-minute drive. This is also the perfect accommodation for any season. In the summer guests can enjoy a hike along the many hiking trails in the Alpe di Siusi or even get adventurous at the nearby climbing areas. In the winter, you will find the ski areas Alpe di Siusi / Val Gardena and the Dolomiti Superski very close to the property (23 minutes by car; 15 km ). The fantastic winter landscape surrounding the house and the proximity to ski areas will delight winter sports enthusiasts.
