The flat ( Codice Identificativo Nazionale: IT090023C2000P4949) is located just behind the Ampurias beach, thanks to which Castelsardo has been awarded the Blue Flag in recent years, and confirmed again this year 2024, testifying not only to the beaches with the cleanest waters, but also with the best tourist and environmental services. Not only that, Italian paediatricians also awarded the Green Flag to this beach in 2024, as in previous years, as the most suitable seaside resort for children. Castelsardo is part of the Borghi più Belli d'Italia (Italy's Most Beautiful Villages) and in 2015, thanks to viewers' votes in the programme 'Alle falde del Kilimangiaro', it ranked third.
The flat is part of the residence, in an elegant context, called 'La Murighessa', which is located in the municipality of Castelsardo in the locality of Lu Bagnu, a few metres from the beach in a slightly elevated position with a splendid view of the Gulf of Asinara. It is a recently built flat with every comfort and is located in the centre of the hamlet, which is equipped with every service.
Thanks to a 50 sq m terrace that surrounds the flat at 180°, the flat enjoys a fantastic view of the sea and the hills behind. It has a veranda that will allow you to dine outside while enjoying the view of the Gulf of Asinara and fantastic sunsets. The Residence is about 350 metres from the sea and, thanks to its central location, there is no need for transport to reach the beach or services. Nearby, in fact, there are supermarkets, shops, bars, pharmacy, etc. The Ampurias beach (Blue Flag from 2011 to 2024), which is the one shown in the photos, is the closest beach with its magnificent cliffs and white sand and is easily accessible on foot. Also available to tenants is a room/cellar for storing equipment such as sun loungers, parasols, etc., as well as four bicycles.
For those who love the sea, a canoe/kayak Zippy 1 is available free of charge, with which it is also possible to transport a child and thus visit the coves or simply sunbathe and enjoy the waves.
Both a brick barbecue and a mobile barbecue (dancook) are available on the terrace.
A small garden is also available for our guests a short distance from the flat. It is possible to take advantage of special discounts on ferries to and from Sardinia thanks to special agreements with the VIAVAI Agency in Castelsardo.
