"Case Selinuntine "arise in Selinunte, an area of ​​historical and landscape interest, where there is the largest archaeological park in Europe.
The structure is about 300 meters from the wonderful beach of fine sand within the natural reserve of the Belice river mouth, about 900 meters from the free sandy beach under the Archaeological Park, 600 meters from the small marina, 700 meters from the park archaeological, 500 Mt from restaurants, night clubs, ice cream parlors, supermarket, pharmacy. Easily accessible from the airports of Trapani and Palermo.
Our structure, newly built, is located in an area surrounded by greenery where you can spend a relaxing holiday the beautiful swimming pool and our garden with veranda are the backdrop .

Very friendly landlords. Clean and good space in well-equipped appartments. Clean pool, nice outside veranda. Silent neighbourhood.10 minutes walk to nice beach (Watch out for ”la tracina ” !). 10 minutes walk to Merchanti, fishmarket, bakery, restaurants.

Sehr Hilsbereit und freundliche Gastgeber. Trotz der drei Tage Regenwetter hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit. Der Strand ist einfach himmlisch und die Kinder hatten viel Spaß mit uns im Wasser. Außerdem lädt die Natur zur Wanderung und vor allen Dingen Nachtwanderung ein. Das war ein Highlight für die Kids. Die Villa ist groß genug, problemlos vier Familien unterzubringen mit jeweils zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern. Außerdem ist alles sauber und klimatisiert. Ein großer Gemeinschaftsraum hat uns außerdem ermöglicht gemeinsam zu kochen und zu essen. Wir würden gerne in Zukunft noch mal wiederkommen.

Urlaub mit Familie und Freunden

Wir haben die Zeit in Selinunte genossen. Die Unterkunft war sehr, sehr sauber. Der Pool ist sehr groß und die Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt. Der Sandstrand ist etwa 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und sehr schön. Mariano und seine Frau sind sehr nett. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Mooi en net. Zwembad leuk. Zee en strand dichtbij. Ligging niet ideaal om de verschillende steden te bezoeken Eigenaar vriendelijk, controleert regelmatig of alles in orde verloopt. Alleen 's avonds luide muziek van nabijgelegen hotel. Spijtig, verstoort de avondrust

Il sig. Mariano e’ molto gentile e disponibile, come la sua famiglia; la casa e’ vicino alla spiaggia, che si raggiunge a piedi. La piscina e’ grande e comoda sopratutto nelle giornate più calde. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnungen für Familien und Gruppen

Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ist uns auch entgegengekommen betreffend einer Änderung in der Reservation aufgrund der Covid-19-Pandemie. Die Anlage ist sehr gut unterhalten und sauber, die drei Ferienwohnungen eignen sich gut für Ferien in einer grösseren Gruppe oder mit zwei, drei Familien zusammen. Der Pool ist ebenfalls gut unterhalten, ein kleiner Spielplatz daneben ist für kleinere Kinder ein Highlight, die Bäume spenden hier Schatten und bringen Abkühlung. Es hat auch eine Aussenküche, wo alle Gäste der drei Ferienwohnungen problemlos zusammen kochen und essen können, auch mit Grill ausgestattet. Marinella di Selinunte ist ein kleiner sympathischer Ort, der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, sauber und sehr gross mit viel freiem Strand, es hat aber auch Anschluss an zwei Strandbetreiber mit Bar/Restaurant. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Familjärt, underbart boende nära strand

Vi var 15 personer som bodde här. Underbar familj som äger boendet. Väldigt gästvänliga. Rena och fina lägenheter. Pool och solstolar att tillgå. Liten supermarket i närheten som har det mesta. Nära till stranden. Kan varmt rekommenderas!

Un posto meraviglioso gestito di una famiglia meravigliosa.

5 minuti a piedi è raggiungibile il mare. La casa è pulitissima e attrezzata con stile e amore. La famiglia è molto professionale e sempre disponibile quando si ha bisogno. Si dorme perfettamente perché il luogo è molto calmo. Un esperienza imperdibile! E tutto ancora più bello che sulle foto! Da raccomandare anche per un gruppo di 17; si sta da dio. Grazie di tutto alla famiglia Binaggia! Ci tornerei molto volentieri e non dimenticherò mai questa esperienza bellissima!

"sejour du 04/08/2012 au 25/08/2012 nous avons passé un sejour tres agreable,tout le descriptif est conforme à l''annonce. site ideal pour visiter le maximum de vestiges grecs.compter environ 4h00 de voiture pour l''etna(a voir imperativement),taormina et syracuse. compter une heure pour palerme , le golfe de castellammare , escalier des turcs et erice.la piscine est tres bien agencée et tres bien entretenue. la cerise sur le gateau,les propietaires de la villa sont tres conviviaux et tres sympathiques...nous garderons un tres bon souvenir de ce sejour en sicile chez " le padrino" !"

"Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön.Alles sehr sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Aussenanlagen sind äußerst geschmackvoll und gepflegt. Die Familie ist sehr freundlich. Strand und Ortszentrum sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Einziger Schwachpunkt ist die am Wochenende deutlich hörbare Animation aus der benachbarten Hotelanlage."

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Mario. Un bémol : le bruit issu de l'Hôtel Club tout proche. Beaucoup de musique de 19h à minuit. C'est dommage car Mario et sa famille font tout pour que l'on passe un excellent séjour.

"L''appartement est bien situé avec une jolie vue et à proximité de la mer. Pratique d''accès et proche des commodités journalières. La propreté, que ce soit de l''appartement, de la piscine et des terrasses, le niveau était très élevé (ce qui confirme le très bon état des appareils et de la structure en elle-même). Avec un prime un accueil chaleureux et attentionné."

"Propriétaires sympathiqu...

"Propriétaires sympathiques au début et pendant les vacances, beaucoup moins à la fin, au moment de la restitution de la caution. J'ai du laisser 25 euros, pour un sèche-cheveux "neuf" (mais hors période de garantie de un an), qui a rendu l'âme à l'allumage, après avoir été utilisé par un des propriétaire et un électricien venu réparer l'électricité dans l'appartement (selon eux, de l'eau s'était infiltrée au niveau du bouton qui sert à allumer le gaz, provoquant un court circuit. Pour régler le problème, ils ont utilisé le dit sèche cheveux un bon moment). J'ai du également laissé 35 euros pour un parasol renversé par le vent, qui le jour ou cela s'est produit a été déclaré comme réparable par un des propriétaire (le fil de fer qui tient les baleines était cassé), mais ne l'était plus le jour du départ. Bilan : si un sèche cheveux usagé vous brûle dans les mains et un coup de vent renverse votre parasol, cela vous coute 60 euros. Et encore je devais m'estimer heureux de ne pas avoir à payer 80 euros supplémentaires pour un matelas ayant reçu de l'urine la dernière nuit (que nous avons rincé et mis à sécher à ce beau soleil d'Italie), et 10 euros pour un petit nain de jardin en plâtre (collable car cassé juste en deux morceaux). Bref, la sensation très désagréable d'être dépouillés. "

"Io e i miei amici ci siamo trovati benissimo. Gente molto simpatica ed accogliente. Nelle vicinanze si può trovare di tutto, bar supermercato, mare, divertimenti. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e molto disponibili. La casa e la piscina sono identici a come nelle foto quindi non c''è da preoccuparsi. E'' stata una bella esperienza che sicuramente rifarei e consiglierei ad un amico. Non mi aspettavo tutta questa ospitalità invece sono state veramente delle ottime persone, sempre pronte per qualsiasi cosa e sempre pronte a scherzare e ridere. Consiglio a tutti quelli che guardano questo annuncio di andare, perchè è stata davvero una vacanza rilassante e ottima per staccare dalla vita quotidiana. "
