The property is fenced and offers a private, beautiful garden to relax in. With a swimming pool measuring 12 x 7 meters and a depth of 140 centimeters, you can enjoy a refreshing dip while taking in the stunning views. The pool is available seasonally from May 1st to October 15th and comes complete with an outdoor shower, garden furniture, and a barbecue.

Inside, you'll find internet access and a washing machine for your convenience. Motor access to the property is via an unmade road, mountain road, and ramp. Parking is available on the premises, and while the grocery store and supermarket are 5 kilometers away, there's a restaurant just 2 kilometers away. This beautiful villa boasts 9 rooms and covers an area of 300 square meters spread out over 3 levels. The villa is fully renovated and furnished with taste and elegance throughout. The large living room features a double sofa bed and satellite TV (flat screen) and leads out to the garden and loggia. The open dining room features an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only) and also leads out to the garden.

There are 2 rooms on the ground floor: one with 1 bed and 1 double bed, and a bathroom with a bath, bidet and WC. The other room is a double bedroom with a shower and bidet/WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with 6 hot plates, a dishwasher, microwave, and electric coffee machine and leads out to the garden.

On the upper floor, there is a lounge area that also leads out to the garden and loggia. There are 3 double bedrooms, each with its own shower/bidet/WC. On the 2nd upper floor, there is another double bedroom with a shower/bidet/WC.

The villa is furnished in a comfortable country house style and offers a magnificent view of the countryside. It is equipped with a washing machine, children's high chair, hair dryer, and internet (WiFi, free). There is also reserved parking available. The villa is suitable for families and allows a maximum of 2 pets/dogs.

The farmhouse was completely renovated in 2012 while maintaining the typical traditionality of a country house. The villa features a mixture of period details as well as modern comforts such as WIFI and TV present in most of the rooms.
