Typical Leopoldina structure between Tuscany and Umbria, Villa La Fenice dominates one of the hills of the Val di Chiana offering a truly unique panorama.
Completely renovated and transformed into an elegant and luxurious residence, it offers an enchanting setting for holidays in total privacy and relaxation. The residence, dating back to the eighteenth century in the original structure, is able to accommodate up to 22 guests in total in 9 double bedrooms, 4 of which are suites with Jacuzzi.
Inside, as outside, you will find spacious and welcoming environments. In the garden, there is also a large swimming pool, equipped with a Roman staircase for plunging, 12 meters long and 6 meters wide with a solarium equipped with sun loungers, wooden chaise longues, chairs and umbrellas overlooking the countryside. A second indoor pool, covered and heated, will welcome you in the wellness area also equipped with a sauna. The indoor pool (3 meters wide by 5 meters long and 1.1 meters deep) is located on the ground floor, in a frescoed room, with stone walls and vaulted ceiling, which overlooks the garden. The water is heated and the pool has a whirlpool.
Rolling hills surround Villa La Fenice. It is nice to get lost in their light, let yourself be caressed by the gentle hand of the wind, peek into distant and sometimes mysterious horizons ... Its hilly position offers a splendid panoramic view of olive groves and hills and allows you to quickly reach the main historical and artists of Tuscany and Umbria: Florence, Siena, Perugia, Montepulciano and Assisi.
The furnishings of the structure boast antique furniture, paintings, carpets and curtains carefully selected to make you experience a dream vacation with the tradition and history of one of the most enchanting regions of Italy.
The 9 rooms are all exclusive and with independent bathroom. On the first floor, there are 7 rooms, each with its precious name and color, with the possibility of adding up to 6 extra beds. Many have views of the garden and swimming pool, all of which open onto the surrounding landscape. Then there is the attic which houses a small room in the attic, particularly suitable for teenagers and children. On the ground floor, however, a medium-sized room awaits you, directly overlooking the garden and a small suite with a sofa bed, bathroom with shower.
The spaces of the sleeping area are very welcoming due to their size and furnishings with terracotta floors and ceilings with exposed beams.
Within the property, there is also private parking.
