The main living area features a generous lounge of 70 m2, complete with a panoramic window that frames spectacular views of the sea and the port, which can also be enjoyed from the lounge's private terrace. The open dining room flows naturally from the living space, providing an ideal setting for shared meals, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a cooking island, oven, 6 gas rings, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, and dishwasher.
On the upper level, the villa offers 6 double bedrooms, each with its own character and amenities. 1 of these double bedrooms features a private shower, bidet, and WC, while another includes a bath and WC. In addition to the double bedrooms, there is a small living and sleeping room with a double sofa bed, a room with 1 bed measuring 80 cm and 1 pull-out bed, and a further room with 1 french bed of 130 cm.
