You can reach the very airy, bright and spacious townhouse on a small road from the upper gate of the ancient city by car. A house belonging to the parking lot, about 20m away from the entrance, solves parking problems anytime and facilitates loading and unloading as well as preparations for excursions by car immensely.
You come across a wooden door from the streets in the house and a small entrance area for coats and shoes directly into the airy living room with fireplace, dining area and comfortable seating. From the living room you enter the fully equipped kitchen on one side and two large terraces on the other side. One of the terraces is located at the level of the living room and is ideally suited for eating. The second terrace is on the house in a dominant position and opens a unique view of almost 360 ° with the ancient castle in the back and a stunning view over the old town of Castiglione to the Maremma coast from north to south and far out to Sea.
One of the bedrooms can be reached when you descend from the entrance area a few levels. There is a bedroom with two single beds and a pullout third bed.
If you go down one floor, you get to a bathroom with tub, toilet and bidet, a double bedroom and a second bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Both bathrooms have windows and are clean and airy.
The furnishings and amenities are friendly, clean and convenient. Television with satellite channels and a stereo system provide entertainment.
