The separate kitchen is renovated and complete with dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and capsule coffee machine, furthermore the kitchen leads to a service balcony with washing machine. The two bedrooms at the back overlook a private courtyard and are equipped with large windows which make the rooms very bright. The bathroom has a practical shower cubicle. The apartment includes an uncovered parking space in the private courtyard and offers fast and unlimited wifi connection. The location is quiet, with direct access to the sea via a private driveway. Ideal for those looking for a comfortable residence in a suggestive marine setting.

Very nice appartment w/ clearly best view and beach access possible. Unfortunately, the balcony and the bathroom, especially the shower cabin, need some renovation. An air condition and an outside shower would make this place even more perfekt.
