I did not enjoy my stay in quest hotel. The hotel was rated as a 3 star hotel but the room is clearly outdated. TV was a non-smart TV with no clear channels, kettle didn't work, room much smaller than depicted in the photos, shower would flood when used, breakfast was acceptable, and hotel was very busy. The saving grace is that the hotel is located right next to the mall and the beds themselves were cosy, and the aircon worked beautifully. Sadly for the price, I won't be choosing this hotel again next time.

Pleasant staff and satisfied with room.

We stayed for 2 nights. A little outdated but satisfied with the room provided and the staff are very pleasant. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was not as described as deluxe in the web site, instead we had a room that air conditioner was leaking and after we made a complaint, they moved as to another room that looks like the first one. The room next door is so noisy, the custodial staff keeps going in and out of the room which was empty at all times of the day and night. I woke up with banging noise, alarms and seemed like bed was being moved. This is almost every night.

Staff are helpful. Convenient to the mall. Breakfast buffet could be better. Seems to recycle food from prior meals.
