Consisting of 3 independent units arranged around a typical farmyard, the trulli complex accommodates groups of up to 12 people. Pets allowed.

Trulli Rochira are 3 independent units. The first is a lovely trullo in which there are 1 double bedroom and 1 shower room. The second unit is a lamia with 1 double sofa bed in the living room, kitchenette, shower room and 1 double bedroom.
The third unit is the main structure, consisting of trulli and lamie, in which there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 sofa bed in the living room, 1 shower bathroom, living room with open kitchen.

Tenuta I Trulli Rochira stands in the bucolic Apulian countryside, in the center of an ideal triangle between the towns of Ceglie Messapica, Martina Franca and Ostuni, among the most beautiful and famous towns of the Valle d`Itria.
Ceglie Messapica is only 7 km away, Martina Franca 8 km, and Ostuni only 13 km. The nearest beaches on the Adriatic Sea are only 20 km away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 67 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
