Villa Rodio stands in a large fenced property with an automatic gate, which leads along a fragrant avenue among pine trees.
The garden is well-kept, smelling of Mediterranean essences, with a beautiful pergola and several relaxation areas: it is perfect for spending the days outdoors, by the pool, relaxing and enjoying the sun and the unique light of Puglia.
The interior of Villa Rodio is spacious and cozy, furnished with simplicity and good taste.
The living room consists of a lounge and dining room, and is air-conditioned. Next to it is the well-equipped eat-in kitchen. From the living room there is access to the large covered veranda with glass windows, where there is a dining table, armchairs for relaxing reading area and laundry corner.
The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms. In all at Villa Rodio there are 3 shower rooms.

The residence with pool Villa Rodio lies in the countryside north of Ceglie Messapica, from which it is less than 1 km away. In addition to the beautiful historic center, which is worth visiting, Ceglie Messapica is a town that offers all the main services.
The beautiful town of Ostuni, with its characteristic historic center on top of a hill, is also very close to the villa, reachable by car in less than 10 minutes.
 
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
