A truly one of a kind home with panoramic views of Hall's Creek & Nantucket Sound. This waterfront property is nestled perfectly along Seventh Ave in Hyannisport and has views from every room. Enjoy the quiet beauty, wildlife and little beach, along with all the modern comforts of this home that was beautifully updated in 2021. Bright and Inviting open floor plan with gorgeous beamed ceilings and hardwood floors. Custom kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar opens to living area with fireplace as well as living room with slider to the deck. Spacious master bedroom with custom bath and shower and slider to private deck with stunning water views! Pair all of that with both a 2nd- (Queen) and 3rd-bedroom (2 twins) for the perfect amount of space anyone would need. Neighborhood includes a private association beach with access to swimming, boating and fishing.

Renter review: ''On the Ocean, Secluded, Family Beach Retreat. The location and view from the home were absolutely incredible. Short walk to a private beach that had it all: inlet that was perfect for kayak + canoe; ocean side beach, during low tide, you can set-up your chairs on your own private sandbar, rock jetty next to a fun creek for the kids. The house itself is fun inside-great open kitchen/living room. The best is the outside space, morning coffee on the deck or seating area to watch the wildlife. Birds galore. Highly Recommend!"

Highly recommend!

What a lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood, with a gorgeous marsh view to boot. My sister and I stayed for 5 nights. Because it's mid-Cape we were able to get to Ptown for whale watching easily one day, and then to Falmouth and the MV ferry the next. The house was well-appointed; we lacked nothing. There are lots of restaurant, shopping, and activity choices nearby. Communication with host was excellent. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Beautiful Home!

Our family really enjoyed this incredible house! The house itself is stunning, clean and modern. The feeling was uplifting and cheerful and looked even better than the photos. The deck and backyard were one of the best features! We spent lots of time there watching fishermen in the marsh and people at the beach. There were many candle-lit evening dinners spent on the deck as well. Lots of wildlife watching too! Location was nice as well, in a lovely quiet neighborhood and close to beaches. Can't say enough good things about this place! Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

Clean and Beautiful

This house was immaculately clean and had everything that was needed for a long weekend stay. View from the back deck is incredible! A nice, short walk down to a small, private beach. House is in a wonderfully, quiet neighborhood. A 2 minute drive to larger Craigville Beach. House is in a great location to get to lots of great restaurants, beaches and activities. Very happy with our stay!
