The room was very cleaned, and cleaned and stocked everyday. The staff was very polite and helpful in anyway we needed, even giving us tips for whatever we were doing in Rome! Great hotel and would definitely go back!

Staff were friendly and great….. room was uncomfortable until the air conditioner was fixed. My arrival was around 9pm so this was not pleasant when I was already tired. But repair was done promptly. Needs new mattress as current one is dirty and stained. Breakfast was very good.
