The property was older and needed updates. Bed was not very comfortable, bathroom was tiny and not comfortable. Ac was not very good in the room. Overall did not feel like a 4 star more like 3 or high 2. Also location was very touristy and not convenient to city sites.

This is an older property with lots of character. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the Spanish Steps. Good local restaurants nearby. We had a 3:30am pick up to get us to the airport for our 5:55am flight so we got to bed early. Our room was situated above the bar/lounge and the music kept us up most of the night. Needless to say, not a great night sleep Breakfast is offered but started after our early departure.

The hotel was very outdated, the rooms mostly. We stayed on the third floor and the rooms and their bathrooms were in dire need of an update. The matress and pillows were quite uncomfortable. The included buffet breakfast was just okay. On the other hand, the staff was generally very nice and helpful. Also, the garden in the courtyard was very pretty.

Brilliant hotel, close to Republic Metro station and a 5 minute walk to the Main Terminal Station. Airport train arrives and departs from here. Staff really helpful. Good breakfast. Room cleaned to a high standard daily. Coming back to this hotel December. This is now our go to hotel in Rome.

I was not feeling well and we arrived at 7 am went for a walk but I felt worse so my husband checked with the reception man who was so helpful and gave us a room it was a disability one but I had originally asked for a walk in shower so was not complaining I slept most of the day and night

A truly beautiful and elegant hotel. All the latest modern amenities in a charming, old-world setting. The courtyard garden was a quiet oasis where one could escape to from the busy city with lots of noisy traffic. We spent a lot of time in this peaceful garden with its beautiful trees and statuary. The lavish breakfast buffet was excellent. We would highly recommend Hotel Quirinale and will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Rome.
