We stayed for only one night but you would have thought we were permanent residents with the way we were treated. This is an outstanding hotel should you decide to stay here you will absolutely not be disappointed. From appearance, staff, amenities, and location. Wonderful hotel. Highly recommend.

Our breakfast was fabulous . The staff were always so pleasant and knew my coffee order without even telling them. The food selection was fab and fresh. The room was small but adequate. The coffee and treats in the afternoon was nice but would have preferred fresh coffee instead of powdered. The front desk staff was very helpful with everything. The rooftop restaurant has excellent food drinks and views. Overall a great experience!

This hotel was very nice with lovely decor all around. They helped us with our luggage at check-in which was greatly appreciated. The staff was very friendly and made check-in and check-out very smooth. It is in central location right on a main street which can be a bit nosy but nothing major to us. The room we had was not the biggest but we had room to open and store our suitcases. The bathroom was a decent size and was cleaned daily. The mini-bar being restocked daily with drinks and snacks along with the free mini bottle of prosecco was a nice touch. We did have the breakfast included and I have to say the breakfast was the nicest out of the hotels we stayed at during our Italy trip. There was plenty of places to sit and there was lots of variety to choose from. It also seemed to be well stocked even 20-ish minutes before ending. Minor, but I also liked that this area was separate from the rooftop restaurant. We dined at the restaurant our last night and it was a nice end to our trip. Although the portions were a bit small, the food was good and it wasn't busy so it felt very intimate.

I went down for breakfast at 7:15am, but some hot breakfast items were cold, like the sausages and fried eggs. There was some bread crumbs on the table. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and enjoyable

This hotel was amazing! I highly, highly recommend it. The hotel itself is very nice. Working elevator, rooms were small but updated and extremely clean. The breakfast was excellent. The area is excellent. But the most wonderful thing about this hotel is the staff! Everyone at this hotel is exceptional, from the front desk, to the servers. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. They are so friendly, I really can't say enough good things about this hotel. If I go back to Rome I will definitely being staying here again.
