Guess house is nearby the city, walkable to places we wanted to see. No food or drinks just bending machine. Kevin who was there upon our checking in was very nice and helpful also the cleaning lady Vida. Internet works well, overall it was a pleasant stay.

Our room was lovely, the AC was a blessing in heats of 36degrees! The little garden was a lovely place to chill and chat. The receptionist was lovely. The staff at the hotel was all friendly. It’s in a great location. Walking distance to everything. Don’t be put off by outside. This property inside is lovely. I would stay here again if I come back to Rome. It’s a little gem in our opinion. We felt safe walking everywhere even at 2am. We came for my son’s 18th and had the best time. Thank you to the staff for making our stay a good one.

Out of all the places we travel to in Rome I gotta say that this is the best one. Yeah it was very close by to everything and it was walkable. You’re close to the Trevi town Spanish steps in many other places I would definitely highly recommend it and the staff was very nice. They only charge like €10 for cleaning a bag of clothes.

the key tot he property broke in the lock and no one was there. we were stuck outside. also they put us on the room next to reception and it was super loud. Someone actually walked int our room when we were changing thinking it was reception. Have some signs at the very least.

We stayed here in a very quick stopover. The location was good near Barberini Square and the front desk host was very helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed itself is good, just very low.

Rooms are small and expensive. Receptionist desk is only open from 9am to 6pm. Maids did a great job. views from balconies suck. Pleny of restaurants and shopping close by. Also walking distance to tevi fountain and Spanish steps. Little coffee shophalf way to trevi fountain was really good. Cant remember name but photos of staff will be included in this review. Staff at cofee shop on corner of plaza next to white rsstraunt was rude. White restraunt is really go and the staff is really friendly.
Really good lates and really frendly staff.wish I could remember the name of it, but it's about 2 blocks away from trevi fountain and it and opens at 530 am.

Our stay was great. The location was perfect able to walk to Trevi Fountain and the Spanish steps, The fountain at the end of alley was a meeting place for the catacombs and crypt tour. Multiple restaurants, bars, and grocery store easy to walk to. Kevin at the front desk was very helpful in arranging transfers from cruise port and also to the airport. He also helped arrange taxis and gave us great advice. Would stay here again if we return to Rome.

Stayed here for about 4 days and honestly really enjoyed it. I had a single room not very big but perfect for 1 person located on the 3rd floor. Room was clean had AC and a mini balcony. Staff was very friendly and easy check in.
