Hotel is conveniently located between the transportation hubs and the area attractions. Staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is very up to date, clean and comfortable in regards to staying there for several days. Great restaurants all around especially those mom and pop hole in the wall places that have great food.I would stay there again. On the other side of things travelocity notes all I will be paying upon check out is the city tax of 7.50 euros per person per day (67.5 Euro) nothing about a 3% tip added on to the bill which jacked the bill up approx 30 Euros before converted into USD

Great location with easy access near the Termini train and metro stations. A short walk to Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore where Pope Francis was laid to rest. We found several good restaurants in the area. The hotel offers a substantial breakfast with a wide variety of options. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is really okay, it’s near the restaurants and the train station but their room assigned to me was really small and their shower during bath has major water flow defect (lots of water will overflow into the bathroom tiles.. it’s so messy.

We booked this hotel because of the roof top bar. When we arrived we were informed that the roof top bar was not available because of maintenance. The management did give us a 10% reduction on the room rate.

An easy walk to Rome train terminal. Shopping was easy to get to. Restaurants were all within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel staff was friendly and answered all of our concerns.

We started in Rome twice during this trip. First time for 5 days and the second just a night. I’m glad that we didn’t pick this hotel for a longer stay because there’s nothing special Roman. It’s a typical American hotel. The hotel lacks design and the staff is not very helpful though friendly.

The hotel and staff were so wonderful. We chose this location because it is next to the train. But with that you are in the train are that is really dirty. I would still choose this location. Really glad that the hotel was so great.

I had a great stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and had everything I needed. I was in a single room so it was a small room and bathroom but that was all I needed for just me. The location was perfect. It was far enough away from the city center to not be terribly expensive, but I could still walk to the Colosseum area. The location close to Termini station made it easy to walk a few blocks and catch a bus around town or a train to areas outside the city.
