We enjoyed our stay in late October 2023. The staff was friendly. Check in was super easy. Due to my flight arriving early morning, they worked with me to get into my room early. We enjoyed the morning breakfast & cappuccino. This hotel was an easy walk to most of the things we wanted to see & do. Piazza Navona was maybe a 10 minute walk. I’m planning to go back soon. Thank you!

Amazing location, staff very nice, friendly and helpful. However, there are also some issues that are not immediately apparent when booking: it’s an ancient and nice building but there is no elevator. We were at the third floor (fourth in reality) and had to carry our luggage up and down. The room furniture is very old and worn out and not at all modern. For example a mirror in the room was missing. Breakfast is included but there is no breakfast room. The only way to get it is for breakfast to be served in the room

Outstanding location and value if you want to be in the Piazza Navona — this is old Rome. Cobblestones, Renaissance churches, cafes. Amazingly narrow streets with great shopping. Very clean room. Helpful, courteous staff. Other reviewers have noted there is no elevator. The hotel is an old villa with a sweeping 16th c. circular staircase. Cool but tough for heavy luggage or those not able to climb. Recommend. The airport taxi is excellent.
