"The hotel was very clean and staff were so helpful with everything we asked. From needing an iron in our room to planning day trips. They even took the topper of the mattress bc my brother in law needed the bed more firm. Breakfast was incredible. I felt like I was in a resort with the choices we had. The only minor complaint I have is the lights in the room were a little too dark for me. But such a minor inconvenience and only bc I have poor vision."

"Clean nice hotel. We were lucky to get a spot for our rental car with the hotel, but the space is very limited and likely needs to be arranged beforehand. This hotel location is ideal. It is on the edge of the old town - it is still fully accessible by car or taxi, yet close enough to walk to any areas of interest."

"We loved our stay. I messaged the hotel before arriving about my husbands 40th birthday and they prepared a lovely special welcome for him. It made the stay feel special. The hotel is right by the sea and close to the centre, very walkable. We could also park our car in a secured parking for just 10 eur a day. Would definitely come back here if we ever go back to Chania!"

"The monastery Estates was a beautiful boutique hotel in a wonderful location. The whole experience felt like I stepped back in time. The one concern I had was there’s apparently assigned tables for breakfast, make sure you ask where yours is otherwise you may get yelled at."
