Rooms are impersonal and bland. There are no desks. Amenities are good and free. Breakfast is pretty good but it’s served in the lobby bar. Feels very strange honestly. Location is terrific. Checkin was done standing up in the lobby. Zero privacy. Doormen don’t know how to open the door for guests though they appear to have very little else to do. Seems like the managers have spent no time in what a good guest experience should be like.
