This looks like a property that is so old, probably will not pass any inspextion going forward. Expedia also statws breakfast included but that is not so.

Oh boy

Non smoking room. All the furniture had cigarette burns. The bed cover had burn marks. The floor was a non smoking floor and smelled of weed.

Honestly, I want a refund for this stay. The hotel is in terrible condition. The AC hardly works. The walls are yellow. The vending machines are full of expired food. The AC in my room was broken. The wall outlets are missing and look unsafe. The fire alarm in my room was broken. The fan in the bathroom had coffee filters(?) stuck in it, so it didn't work. The bathroom sink leaked water from underneath whenever I used it. I wasn't able to sleep well without much air. It's just not a good place. I could hear yelling through the walls. My key card stopped working the second day. There were suspicious people hanging around outside. Nothing felt comfortable.

Worst

There is nothing good to say about this hotel. The room looks like someone got in a fight and they just left it holes in walls,sticky counter tops, the bed sheets smell like cigarette smoke and comforter has burn holes it in. The bathroom the tile is all busted up it feels like you'll fall through floor while sitting on the toilet, the shower has hair that doesn't belong to us, the blow dry has been cut off the cord. Let's not forget that the closest fire exit door is bolted shut. Overall this is the worst by Wyndham hotel I've ever stayed in

The staff for the front desk didn't inform me that we couldn't use the tube for a bath. The bed sheets where dirty the hallway was hot at night and during the day. Then the loud music in the parking lot from other guests and drinking in the parking lot beer bottle caps in parking lot like 30 of them i counted before leaving today. Then o want a refund of my money because the stay was not good because the staff was never able to be found then the room was nasty the hotel hallway smelled like weed and beer. I'll be contacting the corporate office over my stay ill bever stay there again. Only one outlet work one had bugs coming out of it. Room was small and to much stuff in the room for ot to be a king suite.

Needs some work and changes

The blanket was too thin (it was essentially a SLIGHTLY thicker sheet). Also, they advertised that they had free breakfast, but all they had was coffee and juice, and the juice machine was broken! Finally, the security bar for the door was broken.

Worst Hotel in Charlotte

This hotel is extremely disgusting and outdated. I cannot believe that they are even open. There were so many things filthy and wrong that I don’t have enough room to list them all, unfortunately. There’s no way that it would pass a code inspection. Absolutely no way. They even gave us a key to our room, which had not even been cleaned. And then second guessed me when I told him it was dirty, like I cannot tell a room is dirty by the beds not even being made, and dirty towels all over the room.
