Absolutely stunning hotel with amazing service!
Absolutely amazing stay! They converted the old Ivey’s Department store into a boutique hotel and it’s stunning. The decor is beautiful, but the service is even better. From the valet to the front desk to the room service and housekeeping - everyone was excellent. We especially loved the “little” touches like robes and a Nespresso in the room, water bottles by the bed, earplugs and cord keepers, turndown service - it all added up to an excellent stay. Highly recommend this as our new favorite hotel!

Unique and Beautiful
Stayed at the Ivey’s a few times. We always love staying there. It is such a unique and beautiful hotel. On our most recent stay, we noticed that guests services was done through a tablet in the room. We requested dental hygiene kits to be delivered to the room and they never came. Also noticed that the bed was very uncomfortable for both of us. It wasn’t unbearable but for the price of the room, one would expect a much nicer mattress. Overall, no deal breakers. We will definitely be back.

The elevator was extremely slow. The VIP champagne was half of a bottle but a nice gesture nonetheless. Had a late checkout and the housekeeper clearly didn’t know and knocked continuously then forced her way into the room. The other staff were very nice and welcoming.
