You will be able to relax in this fully equipped apartment. Backyard is fully fenced in and separate from the upstairs apartment. Two cars can park in the driveway. With WiFi, AC, and a washing machine, guests can unwind in this inviting space. The two bathrooms offer a refreshing shower and a convenient hair dryer. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Charlottesville. We welcome up to 2 dogs (only dogs). I do require a signed contract and a government photo ID.

Great option for UVA families

This was a great option for UVA graduation. It comfortably accommodated my husband and me, plus two adult daughters, with the amenities we needed for the weekend. It is much nicer inside than the Google street view may present. We walked to dinner on Main Street and near the Downtown Mall. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend!

This property was clean, comfortable and convenient to so many great shops and restaurants! The open living/dining/kitchen area was perfect for our group and we really enjoyed sitting around the outdoor fire pit on the back deck. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed for a great weekend. The two parking spaces at the property are stacked and kind of steep, but there is plenty of easy parking on the street in front of and behind the house. On our walk to the mall on Saturday we stumbled upon two amazing farmers markets then enjoyed shopping and a delicious lunch at the mall. The drive to the wineries was easy and scenic. The host provided clear instructions in advance and was friendly and professional in all communications. I highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting Charlottesville.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. The apartment was exceptionally clean, nicely furnished, private, and conveniently located near downtown Charlottesville’s shops, restaurants, and attractions.Our favorite feature was the backyard. The privacy fence, deck, Adirondack chairs, and fire pit created a relaxing outdoor retreat, and the well-stocked kitchen made meal preparation easy.A few notes for future guests: the main bedroom bed was quite high, though a step stool was provided, and it was somewhat noisy when moving. We also noticed some early morning traffic noise from the street behind the apartment.For dog owners, the backyard is planted with clover rather than grass, which attracted bees and may require extra caution with pets.One small suggestion for the hosts would be to add a magnifying mirror in the main bathroom.Overall, these were minor concerns compared to the many positives. The location, cleanliness, comfort, privacy, thoughtful amenities, and beautiful outdoor space made this a fantastic home base for our Charlottesville getaway. We would happily return.
