Nautical Comfort near Rail Trail

Modern nautical-themed decor abounds in this newly renovated, freshly painted Cape located in West Chatham. On a quiet cul de sac close to everything that Chatham has to offer, it has three bedrooms: a king master en-suite, one queen and a set of bunks in one bedroom and another bedroom with a queen that share a bath, plus open floor plan and two living spaces. There is a patio off the kitchen with an adult size and a child size picnic table plus a gas grill for a cookout/barbecue. Enjoy the backyard patio for lounging with a good summer read. Lovely, Comfortable Home

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely rental home. It was the perfect size and layout for our family of 5 which includes three teenagers. The kids loved having their own space on the first floor, and the adults loved having the master bedroom upstairs near the living room and kitchen. We were thrilled with the location near the bike path, and even though it is in the middle of West Chatham, the house feels very private and quiet as it is situated at the end of the street. We would definitely rent here again. We had a terrific vacation in this comfortable, light-filled, charming home.

Gorgeous well maintained property

First time we've stayed in a VrBO property that uses a rental agency - meant the the property was impeccably maintained, cleaned and instructions were direct and complete. The house itself was beautiful, spacious and elegant. Nice to have living space on two floors to give kids their own space downstairs. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful home that's spacious yet cozy, perfect for families

From the moment we walked in, we were very impressed with this home. The photos really don't do it justice. The outdoor spaces (there's two, both unique and incredibly relaxing places to spend time), the upstairs and downstairs family rooms that let everyone spread out when necessary, the airy and open kitchen/dining/TV room main living area and the secluded feeling of the home... all of it added up to the absolute perfect vacation home for us. I can't say enough great things about this home. The worst part was leaving, though we intend to book again as soon as possible. A true home away from home, especially if you have smaller kids and the entire family needs to get away from it all, decompress, reconnect to each other and a feeling of peace and quiet... this is the place for all of that AND it's close to everything in Chatham.

Had a great weekend at the property. Nice outdoor space to take in the fresh air. The house was fairly new and clean, we also enjoyed the sailing theme decor. Would love to visit the home and Chatham again!

Peaceful Getaway

Beautiful house at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Immaculately clean, with 2 reception rooms, 3 bedrooms and 3 outdoor areas to relax. Beds were really comfortable and linen/towel service was excellent. 3 of us worked remotely from the property. Wi-Fi connectivity was excellent throughout the house. Separate living areas provided privacy for conference calls. Kitchen and grill were perfectly stocked to meet all our cooking needs. Utilities provided far exceed what is mentioned in listing. We would totally recommend this house for anyone looking to get away, relax and enjoy this beautiful part of the cape.
