Great condo

My husband, mother and I stayed at this beautiful condo for my daughter’s wedding. It is 2-10 minutes from UTC’s Patten Chapel, Parkside Hall, and all the restaurants we visited downtown, making it a great location! We wanted for nothing; the owners have ‘starter supplies’, but also had ice, a fan, laundry pods, coffee filters, scissors, trash bags, etc available for guests. There is assigned parking and you must have the access code to enter the building and the condo. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and the sheets luxuriously soft. Highly recommend!

Great Place!

Lovely appointed spacious condo! Four friends enjoyed our space! The restaurant across the street a big plus! Parkway Pourhouse gets a thumbs up too! Couldn’t have worked out better for us for a music festival in Coolidge Park with the exception of the rain! Only negative is the heavy footed person upstairs! Thankful for the fan and white noise machine!

If I complained, I would just be making up stuff...

Sometimes things go so well that you just need to say you enjoyed it and move on. Communication was easy, the unit was as described and the location was ideal. The balcony overlooked the parking lot but you would have to move the whole condo to change that. It was a good stay.

Really nice experience at this condo. Very clean and comfy beds. My only recommendation (which property owner can’t fix this), the noise from upstairs apartments was quite loud, with footfalls that would keep one awake if not for some sort of noise maker (a fan on high). Owner was really fast with communication. I would rent again.

Great location

We went for a long weekend and the property worked great for us. It has a convenient layout and the master bed was really comfortable. We enjoyed the riverwalk across the street for our morning walks. The restaurant across the street was too busy but we walked down to Scotties for drinks at the bar. We would definitely consider this again for our next visit.

Great Location, Clean, Well-Stocked Condo

I come to Chattanooga often and it was my favorite rental so far. The only drawback was a noisy kid stomping around a lot in the room above us, but that can happen in any condo. Oh, and the hot water didn't seem to last very long. We had to stagger our showers. The beds were super comfortable. Everything was clean. There were plenty of dishes and appliances in the kitchen.

Great place to stay

What a great apartment, clean, nicely decorated, everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is close to restaurants and attractions. The white noise machines in the bedrooms were great keeping out the noise from the outside and other apartments. I would definitely recommend staying at this apartment!

In Chattanooga for Mecum Auto Auction. The apartment was super convenient to a tram stop for the auction. We much prefer an apartment over a hotel when we are with another couple for the central living area. Would stay here again.

Great Stay for Ironman Chattanooga

This was a great property to stay at for IM Chattanooga. The unit was spacious and well kept. Was just a 15 minute walk to Ross Landing. There were a number of restaurants all within walking distance. Highly recommend anyone staying in Chattanooga to consider this option.

Highly enjoyable stay. Great location close to the river and bike rentals. Quiet condo with nice modern kitchen and living area and comfortable beds. Views are not great, but the inside of the condo is wonderful.
