The desk clerk tried to charge me for the room (paid online) & lost my request for highest floor, which is why I got 1st floor. I refused to pay more for a higher floor/different room. No parking problems & the room was nice & clean. Loved the walk in shower & the room had everything needed. But as 1st floor: couldn't open curtains cause of car lights & an hour of running people overhead. The breakfast buffet food was hot & plentiful. Will come back again.

Property was exceptionally clean! Myself and the entire group I checked on with felt the Guest Services person checking us in was unwelcoming and rude. The kiosk to check out the snacks wasnt working and she tried it a few times to get it working and then shrugged it off with no other solution.

It was clean. There was road work being done in the front of the property but that was not the fault of the hotel. The hotel was in a perfect area. We close to everything we wanted to do. Not much driving at all.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the attitude of the second desk clerk that dealt with our check in. The first clerk was very helpful and attentive, but she went off shift while we were waiting for our room to be cleaned so we could check in. When I asked the second clerk for an update on the status of our room at approximately 3:45, she responded with “ I just came on shift and I won’t know anything until they tell me.” I asked her if she would please check, but she repeated that she would have to wait until someone contacted her and let her know that the room was ready. She wasn’t rude, but she definitely didn’t care whether we got a room or not. We finally got in our room at 4:00. We had arrived at 2:30, but was told we would have to wait until 3:00 to check in.
