Experience Chattanooga in this unique chic modern studio apartment with contemporary furniture located within walking distance of some of Chattanooga's finest restaurants, the aquarium, museum and nature trails. Experience an amazing view of the city in this beautifully furnished home. Down the stairs off the back porch you will find a hidden birders' paradise. Treat yourself in this one of a kind custom home designed with the traveler in mind.

PLEASE NOTE: Although we are DOG friendly, we do NOT allow cats. For dogs, we charge pet rent of $25/per night per pup. (THIS WILL COME AS A SEPARATE CHARGE AFTER BOOKING AND IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR TRIP). If you have not disclosed that you will be bringing a pet in the booking process, please let us know. Although we are a pet friendly home, due to allergy issues of future renters we request that pets not be allowed on furniture (particularly in the bed). We also prefer pets be crated if left alone. Please pick up after your furry family member!

Please be advised, for stays 30 days or longer, we require a "mid-stay" clean approximately every 15 days. The reduced cost of these clean(s) will be added together if applicable and calculated according to length of your stay - THIS ADDITIONAL COST IS NOT CALCULATED IN THE LISTING PRICE WHEN YOU INITIALLY BOOK and is due upon booking. PMI Scenic City Requires a rental agreement for all our properties. Must be 21 or older to rent this property.

(For stays of 30 days or longer) A starting supply of consumable goods (paper towels, toilet paper, coffee) will be provided upon check-in. For extended stays, guests are responsible for purchasing consumable goods if they need more outside of what is initially provided.

We were so close to shopping and dining. The house was in a very nice neighborhood and the view was amazing. We have family in the area, and we will for sure be staying here again.

The house was very nice and lovely and short drive to all the attractions. The only downside was the construction work going on early in the morning a day or two while we were there.

I wish I lived here!

It was such a lovely place to stay. Easy access to downtown. Friendly neighbors. I wish I could live here! Very nice and luxurious. I love the fireplace, and that there is a nice ac setting top to get the room nice and cool. Very romantic getaway!

Beautiful view

Great location with a beautiful view! Think modern studio with great lighting. The Murphy bed was one of the most comfortable beds with awesome bedding. Everything was spotless and Super clean and very well stocked. We loved sitting out after sightseeing, drinking a glass of wine and enjoying the sunsets!

Wonderful views

We rented this particular rental for the views. The rental was well appointed and very clean. The pictures are true to life with how beautiful it presents online. It is walkable to the Walnut Street Bridge and brunch spots. My husband and I truly enjoyed the serenity of this spot. Definitely a repeat for the views.

Great view, walkable Chattanooga

This rental was perfect for two adults, three nights in Chattanooga. The apartment was clean and well stocked with an absolutely beautiful view, especially at night. The electric fireplace was lovely as our spring days were sunny but nights were chilly. Very close to the pedestrian bridge over the river, we walked everywhere. Lots to do and see from this location. I would rent again!
