I canceled my reservation within 5 mins of checking in. The hotel was miss represented in the advertisement. Upon arriving I notice the clientele were not of the caliber of people I would trust being around. The room we were assigned looked unsanitary. The room was on the first floor. It had a sliding patio door that appeared to be easy to jar open. The supposed sofa sleeper was a half moon shape with curved ottomans in front. I immediately went back to the front desk to cancel my reservation. I did not feel safe. The clerk said she could not cancel the charge on my card because I booked through Travelocity a third party booking. I asked for some form of a receipt for my records to show we did not stay. She said she could not provide this request because we booked through a 3rd party. I said fine. I will be calling my card holder tomorrow morning first thing to dispute the charge citing the conditions I have listed in this response to you. I will never use your services again nor will I recommend it to anyone I know. I was in town for my brothers funeral. I was already stressed and distraught. This experience only added to it. I had to seek accommodations elsewhere which was not an easy task with such short notice.

This hotel is disgusting! Smells of mold in all the rooms. When we addressed this with the staff they fully told us they they have water leaking and they acknowledge the mold. We ended up walking into multiple rooms thanks to the staff for trying to accommodate us and each one the mold/smoking smell was horrible. We ended up just leaving the hotel. Would never recommend the pictures are so opposite to what you get.
