GrandView 202 - Luxury 2 Bedroom Waterfront Condo

GrandView #202 is a premier waterfront condo featuring commanding views of the crystal clear waters of Lake Chelan and spectacular Eastern Washington sunsets. This second floor condo is beautifully decorated, entertaining is easy in the spacious kitchen complete with a large island and stainless steel appliances.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sleeps up to 6 comfortably. Enjoy a king bed in the private master bedroom with a luxury en-suite bath, a queen bed in a second private bedroom, and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living area.
 
The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

The pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the  season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Great little two bed, two bath facing the lake with a quick walk right to downtown. Lots of dishes and cooking needs already furnished. However the skillets were very old and the finish was peeling off, so those are in desperate need of replacement. Bed slept pretty good but wish each bedroom had bedside lamps on the nightstands. The floor didn’t look dirty but my bare feet were pretty dirty after walking around the unit. Maybe a mop might be helpful? Small complaints but I pay attention to details. Just some minor tweaks that could be corrected

Family weekend trip Success!

We rented this condo for our family to stay for the weekend, it was perfect! I could watch my 11 year old in the pool and lake right from the balcony. This condo is also really close to the parking lot, and staircase to go to the pool. It's the perfect spot!

Perfect for our family getaway

We came for Memorial Day weekend as a family and had an amazing time. The condo was close to the pool area, had amazing views, and close to check in & parking lot for loading/unloading our luggage. The hide-a-bed was a bit uncomfortable & looks like it could use an upgrade, but our teenage boy was able to sleep on it without complaints.

Beautiful View, Great Location, In Need of Some Updates

The location and view cannot be beat. Such a relaxing spot to stop and relax. Parking and check-in was easy. Some of the furniture in the unit is in need of replacement. The mattress in the sofa sleeper couch in particular is damaged and in VERY bad shape. The kitchen's essentials were lacking. Even small things like oven mitts and dishwasher detergent were missing.
