GrandView 204 - Luxury 2 Bedroom Waterfront Condo

Unit 204 is a premier waterfront condo featuring commanding views of the crystal clear waters of Lake Chelan and spectacular Eastern Washington sunsets. This second floor condo is beautifully decorated, entertaining is easy in the spacious kitchen complete with a large island and stainless steel appliances.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sleeps up to 6 comfortably. Enjoy a king bed in the private master bedroom with a luxury en-suite bath, a queen bed in a second private bedroom, and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living area.
 
The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

The pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.
Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.


Lake access varies depending on the  season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Can’t beat the location that’s for sure. Slidewaters is right around the corner, the town just over the bridge. Accommodations were super clean, a bit on the sterile side.. had more of a hotel room feel vs a home (no games, puzzles etc). Lake was great, didn’t try the pool. Would stay here again.

Well appointed and very comfortable condo overlooking Lake Chelan. Pool (cold) and hot tub (tepid) are nice in summer. Clean, safe property. No on-site beach access, but short walk to beaches and downtown Chelan. Can't wait to come back

Great golf trip accommodations

Stayed here a couple nights on our E Wa golf trip, and played rounds at Highlander, Gamble Sands and Bear Mountain). Great central location and we loved the views. The kitchen was light on usual kitchen gear, and cooking odors (fish) from a nearby unit were temporarily bothersome, but all in all we enjoyed our stay and would love to return another time.

Great weekend!

The view was awesome. The furnishings were comfortable especially the swivel chair in the living area. There were a few things in the kitchen that were less appreciated like no rubber spatula and loose handle on the frying pan.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were concerned before we arrived because we felt that we were being 'vetted' in order to stay at Grandview. Because it was a holiday week, we were required to provide all guests names and ages ahead of time. Everyone was supposed to be over 25 years or needed a guardian. We had to pay an upfront security deposit. And we were required to wear 'red/white/blue wrist bands' at all times so that no one would be allowed on the property who wasn't a paid guest. We were told that they would be enforcing 'quiet hours' from 10pm until 8pm with security on the property. We were please with these requirements because we were looking forward to a quiet, enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, this was SO far from the truth. The property was overrun with not only college age students, but high school as well. There was drinking, smoking, and loud partying all day and night. The kids would 'hang out' in the parking lot, which made it difficult to come in and out. We had a group of young kids knock on our door after 10pm looking for a party. At 3:30am and 4:30am, we had to disperse a loud group of kids that were 'hanging out' next to our door and bedroom windows. When I called the desk to complain at 10:15pm, I was asked for my cell phone number. I never received a call back and nothing changed. There were so many students who were not guests hanging out all over the property. I never saw a security guard the whole visit. For the amount of money we paid to have a relaxing stay, I went home exhausted and very disappointed! In talking with the desk attendant upon checkout, he shared that not all owners had to abide by these requirements. This was why the units around ours was filled with partying kids. The unit itself was very nice and the view was fantastic. The towns and area were great. Based on the expectations that were set in the many email communications,it was SO disappointing to have flown from out of state and spend this kind of money and experience what we did.
