Enjoy a queen bed in the private bedroom, a full bath, full kitchen with breakfast bar, indoor and outdoor dining, and a murphy bed as well as a sofa-sleeper in the spacious living room.
  
The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Great location! Right on the water!

Just stayed there for two nights to get away and had a great time! It’s nice and clean and looks exactly like the photos. There were a couple little things that need to be fixed, but I told the manager and it sounded like that would be taken care of. Highly recommended and it’s walking distance of so many places that the location is really stellar!

Pool closed for the season

First week of October and the pool was closed! Behind the pool was a small jacuzzi that was opened but the pool emptied and wrapped in yellow tape just imagine the view. There is no launching space for paddle boards, you might be able to do it in early June when the level of the lake would be higher but there is no shore to the lake just a metal frame stairs to climb down to the lake The unit is up to 600 sq pretty for a small family!! There is one small bathroom with the sink on the hallway. Kitchen sink was running brown water for a while! I contacted the owner via Vrbo and they said that someone could come and check which I did not agree with it, on the short time that I spent in Chelan I would have accommodated the fixing team. So the reasons that I booked this condo were to accommodate 4 ladies friends including myself, do paddle boarding and enjoy the pool amnities! All of this we we’re not able to do properly! Next time I will definitely go to a different place

Perfect Chelan location

First time at this unit and it was nice! Perfect size for 2 adults and a child. We love staying on the ground floor so we can just walk to the pool or jump in the lake. Across the bridge is downtown so we literally walked everywhere. Can’t wait to come back!

Great stay close to Downtown Chelan

The location is perfect, close to downtown. This condo was spotless! We would come here again. The Wi-FI was spotty at times later at night when we were watching a movie. Not a big deal for our needs.
