Our family had a wonderful time here. Loved being right on the water. The house had so many great outdoor areas. Wonderful location also. And views from the bedrooms were a dream.
While it was an offseason visit and swimming wasnât really on the table, the weather was beautiful, the house immaculate and the area full of things to do. The main bedroom is set-up such that you can literally set your laptop into a multi-screen desk environment, with keyboard and mouse available - perfect for remote work! Also, the sunrise is not to be missed!!! Would recommend 10 out of 10
Our stay was wonderful!! Too cold for the water, but that was expected. The views were spectacular!! The hot tub, priceless!! Peaceful & very quiet at this time of year. The home was clean & comfortable and the property manager kept in touch just enough to make sure we knew they were there if needed. It was the rejuvenation we needed. Thanks!
We were so disappointed to arrive to a freezing cold hot tub and non-operational dishwasher. We booked this property largely based on the hot tub and we later found out that the local property management group was aware of this issue before we arrived. I wish that we had been contacted about this before we stayed. I contacted Vacasa and they were not able to address the issue or remedy it in any way over our 3 night stay. It has been several days since we returned home and they still have not made this issue right. Given the percentage the homeowners pay to Vacasa to manage their investment, they should be aware that the local staff was entirely non-responsive and this was quite disappointing. We also noticed trash in the bedrooms under the beds, including a lighter, which my child found. Please clean under the beds!
We stayed here during mid to late December. The house was cleaned and was well appointed with plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, and a well-stocked kitchen (all the needed kitchen appliances and tools). The views from the house were great. We did not make use of the water amenities but they were readily available. The nearest town is Chelan and it is approximately a 20 minute drive. If you are staying in winter be sure to come equipped with snow chains and/or 4 wheel drive because the private drive leading down to the house is steep. We really enjoyed staying here and if we are in the area again we would definitely stay here again.
There were many ups and downs to this property. Good things first, itâs a very nice house with a great view. Plenty of cookware for making a meal, comfy beds and the trash compactor was a nice touch with all the garbage. However the hot tub was disgusting. Iâm not able to upload a picture for proof but there was sludge build up on the sides and very stinky. Tried contacting the owner and I still havenât received a response. To add on the negative side the propane fire pit was out of propane in the middle of winter upon arrival and the parking is sub par. I would of been much happier if the homeowners would of responded back to me even with the mishaps.
We came to celebrate our sonâs 7th bday with another family. This house was just so perfect! The house is right on the lake and has all amenities for a happy weekend get away! The games room, hot tub and the stunning views of the lake from every corner of the house are the highlights! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will surely be back for more. Thanks!
We loved our stay here. The weather was perfect during our 5 days, and the lake was refreshing. Our kids spent hours each day swimming and having a blast in the water.
The house itself was great. Had nearly everything we needed, though we would recommend an actual coffee pot (not just a Keurig :)), and the listing didn't seem to mention that they had lots of inflatable rafts, life jackets, and folding chairs available for use, so that would have saved us from bringing some extra things. No big deal though.
We made use of the kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, hot tub, bbq grill, TVs and other accommodations which meant we really never needed to leave the house and we could just relax and have fun as a family.
The house is about 20 minutes from town (Chelan), so that was a minor inconvenience, but we knew that in advance of booking. We got groceries at Walmart and just ate at the house for all our meals which worked out nicely.
Overall A+ for this home on the lake and one we'd love to stay at again someday!
