Nice location on the shore of Lake Chelan. Room was spacious and clean. Property could use some sprucing up. Included both indoor and outdoor pools, which we didn’t get a chance to use. Free breakfast was fine, with a lot of choices. Would stay again.

The manager was working the front desk when we arrived, and was super friendly and helpful as we arrived. It’s obvious they put a lot of effort into making the whole area look beautiful with the flowers and rose gardens. Rooms were quiet and comfortable.

The property was great and well kept. The only problem was with the complementary breakfast venue. It was held in a rather small lobby instead of the normal breakfast room because the normal room was reserved for a conference. The lobby was not designed for breakfast. It had no tables and chairs, but only a coffee table in front of a couch. The hotel is large with hundreds of rooms. We expected the lobby to be much more crowded for breakfast than it was because most people carried their breakfasts to their rooms. Nevertheless, the lack of a good breakfast venue was a disappointment. If a good breakfast venue is important to you, I recommend checking whether a conference is scheduled when you plan your stay.
