The Landing 205 Junior Queen Suite with Balcony

Stay at our beautiful property! This room has a balcony and a walk-in shower. We are centrally located in downtown Chelan, just a few steps away from boutique shops and night life. This room is only accessible through stairs, and there is a possibility for some noise because this room is located above a restaurant.
THE LANDING operates as an AIRBNB property. Staff is not always on site, but always available upon request. Pets are not allowed at this property.

Great room, great location

Perfect for a couple of nights. Room was great. Only negatives were the sidewalk in front of the building needed a pressure wash (lots of melted ice cream) and the dumpsters on the river side of the building were pretty “ripe”. Our room faced the side street so the dumpsters did not keep us fro using our balcony but may be an issue for rooms facing the park/river. Overall would stay again.

Loved the location and the communication with the property management prior to arrival. How ever, the bathroom lights did not work. Only the shower light. But the place was beautiful.

Great location

Great spot close to everything in Chelan. Highly recommended. Parking at the river park behind the hotel is convenient. Be careful which spot you park in. Some are not available during the day and some are not at night.

We really loved to the room. I’ve always wanted a fireplace in my bedroom and this was the closest thing to it. So cozy on a crisp fall morning and evening. We didn’t have the jetted tub room, but did have a HUGE shower that was awesome. The restaurant downstairs is really good and the proximity to all the shopping, restaurants, river walk, etc
 was a big plus. It would’ve been nice if there was additional seating besides only the bed, and maybe a microwave, but you’re not supposed to be in your room on vacation, right? Only draw back as other reviews have stated is the parking. There’s no parking at the hotel. Thankfully it was the off season, because I can’t imagine how hard it would’ve been to find parking during the summer. We’re already planning when we can come back.

Location was clean and comfortable. It was really hard to regulate the temperature- would get really hot especially while sleeping. We were staying for 2 days and 2 people and there were only 2 cups of coffee- luckily the restaurant downstairs had some extra K-cups. No microwave and only one chair in the room. Definitely paying for location, not amenities. Their idea of on-site parking is different than mine. They have a parking lot 3-4 blocks away and there is free street parking- that you can get close if you park at night and on the weekend. I

Birthdays I Chelan

My husband and I came over for a couple nights to celebrate our birthdays. The location of our room couldn’t have been better. The fireplace wasn’t working when we got there but Windermere took care of it ASAP So close to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed meeting the wait staff at the Landing bar and grill. They were very friendly and the service was wonderful. Will definitely come back!!!
