Welcome to Vineyard Vista!

Our home is perfectly situated for a family getaway or a fun trip with friends. This 3 bedroom, 2œ bathroom home can sleep up to 8 people in beds. Vineyard Vista is centrally located to all of the amenities The Lookout has to offer. This home features a spacious wraparound porch steps away from Vineyard Park, a beautiful and expansive park running the length of the Vineyard District.

Upon entering the home, guests are greeted by an open main floor with beautiful hardwood floors, a fully stocked kitchen, quartz countertops, a gas range/oven, a dishwasher, a wine bar, counter seating for 3, and a farmhouse dining table that seats 7. The open living room has a comfy sectional, armchair, and gas fireplace. We have a wall-mounted Smart TV with all the apps you need to watch your favorite shows and a Blu-ray player. There is a powder room on this floor and a coat closet containing pool/hot tub towels, a cooler bag, beach bags, and a highchair for use during your stay.

There are two doors that open onto a wide, covered, wrap-around porch with cozy seating and a dining table. The backyard boasts a BBQ, 6 personal hot tub, a gas fire pit, and Adirondack chairs which make for a perfect evening after a day on the lake.

The upper level of the home features a large master bedroom with a king bed, nightstands, dresser drawers, and a closet. The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The upper level also includes a guest bedroom with a queen bed, nightstands, and a closet. The third bedroom includes a full-over-full bunk bed, great for children and adults. This bunkroom has storage for all of your things and an Xbox One console with a selection of games. Each bedroom comes complete with its own wall-mounted Smart TV. These 2 bedrooms share an upstairs bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The laundry closet is also located upstairs for your convenience; here you will find a full-size front-loading washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and vacuum.

We hope we have thought of everything to make your stay at “Vineyard Vista” as comfortable as possible. Additional amenities include; board games, a selection of movies and books, hair dryers in each bathroom, cable service, and complimentary high-speed wireless internet.

Wonderful Summer Getaway

We had a lovely time at this property. With Covid, we had been wanting to find a place we could social distance, yet still get in a little sun. While parts of the neighborhood did become busy, we were able to avoid other groups early in the morning and after dinner. The home was clean, functional and thoughtfully prepared. We’d definitely visit again!

Successful girls' trip

This property was better than we could imagine. The house had everything we needed. We drank coffee on the porch each morning enjoying the wonderful view. Each evening we were in the hot tub and warmed up by the fire table. I would definitely recommend this house or any other house in this community. I'm looking forward to visiting Chelan again soon.

Lovely Stay at 'Vineyard Vista'!

Spent a girls weekend here over May 31-Jun 2 to celebrate with my sister before she gets married. The house was perfect for a group our size (6 adults), with plenty of space to sleep, hang out, make food, etc. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dishes, though you should bring any salt/pepper/oil/condiments and any other things to cook with yourself (nothing like this at the house). Also bring your own coffee grounds if you want coffee. Great amenities at the house including grill, hot tub, and fire pit. Sweet wrap-around porch with outdoor table for eating al fresco! There is construction immediately next door, so be aware of that for noise at least for now (hammering/sawing starting 9am Saturday morning). Privacy is also somewhat low - no barriers between the homes next door or across the lawn (i.e. no trees/bushes/fences). The home was impeccable as far as cleanliness goes. We had a great stay in the community as well - used the pool, walked around the neighborhood, walked down to Vin du Lac winery right down the hill, used the pickle-ball courts, etc. Staff in the Lookout were very responsive, and even sent someone down right away when our battery was low in the front door lock. Thanks for everything!
