6/10 Okay

About 5 minutes after getting to our room someone was trying to unlock the door. As you can imagine this was frightening. After the third attempt my husband confronted the person. They had been given the same room and went back downstairs to be reassigned.
I had booked a handicapped room since my mobility is limited. There were several hazards for someone and quite dangerous for me. A short toilet, even a 1.5 curb on the walk and a tub with out some type of bench or chair are not hadicap acceptable. Also the metal pedestal is about a foot to tall. This seems to be the be the industry standard and I understand that nothing can be left underneath, it will support a lot of weight and you can't hur yourself on it, if you can get on it and not fall off.
At the end of my rant the room was clean and had plenty of towels and pillows. The balcony was lovely. We would come back.
