My room was in the older part of the hotel, limited security to main external entrance door that accesses the building. Bedroom entrance doors are old and include basic locking function that requires manual locking from inside and manual release to unlock. I wouldn't want my wife to stay in this building without me being there.

Overall the stay was good but did find for a two night stay there was insufficient supplies of milk and coffee in the room and breakfast was a little haphazard with toaster taking ages and having to wait for items of breakfast to be replenished.

Lovely, next time I'll change rooms!

Had a great stay, room service was great and clean and comfortable. The only downside I had in room 126 was that you could hear the gym, treadmill, dropping weights etc woke me up very early. Would stay again but would ask to be as far away from the gym as possible.

This is a beautiful hotel, lovely staff clean comfortable room. Stayed for a wedding which was just amazing. The food was really good. Will definitely be paying another visit.

We really enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the long wait every time we went to reception. The one receptionist was constantly caught up on long reservation query calls. The hotel needs to free up the receptionist to take care of exisiting guests!
