It was a cheap hotel for a quick stay and they say you pay for what you get - so true here - keep Your shoes on and bring the ear plugs! This is a no thanks for us in the future.

The hallways and the room smelled just like chlorine from the pool my bed was uneven. The 2 gentleman's that work there were so very professional, but the lady not so much.

Did not get housekeeping ONCE in the 4 nights my partner and I stayed there. I called down to ask if on our 3rd night, we could get new sheets and towels. Was told to strip the bed ourselves and CARRY our sheets and towels down to the front desk. Then, we had to make our own bed. I make my bed at my home. The point of going to a hotel is you have a place to stay without having to change your own sheets. It was unprofessional in my opinion. Also, the walls were so thin, I could a conversation between 2 people in the room next to us. The room above us was stomping all day and night. Sounded like horses were stomping above us. Was very hard to sleep with that constant noise.

This property is very convenient to Six Flags and Great Wolf Lodge, as well as restaurants and shopping. We chose Baymont because of the special rate, and the reputation that Baymont has had. While I don't have any complaints with the property, I was surprised that the property is very "average." Not extremely nice, and the furniture was a little stained. The Baymonts we have stayed in have always been very nice. Again, no real complaints, just not what we expected with this name.
