The hotel definitely needs major updates every wall in our room had some kind of stain, some outlets were missing the covers some lights didnt work the toilet barely worked we had to mess with it to get it to even flush anything there was another hotel being built right next door so construction was kind of annoying BUT it didnt have bugs and it was somewhere to sleep so if your looking for a cheap stay you definitely get what you payed for

The staff was rude! We had no working shower in the 1st room then the 2nd room had mildew all on the shower curtain. And weed smoke in the halls.

Staff does not provide room cleaning unless you ask for it. This was not communicate at check in. Furniture in room and carpets are in bad repair. Limited parking and major construction having next to hotel.

This hotel is simply terrible. I really dislike having to write a bad review but this was terrible. The whole hotel claims to be none smoking and that is the farthest from the truth! We had to leave the vent on in our bathroom with how bad it was coming in from the hall. There were zero wash cloths and when asked for clean towels was told there wasn’t any available. A jetted tub room was booked and that’s not what we got, when questioning the front desk the woman stated that’s our room because they are completely booked. TV remote only turned the TV on, would not change the channel or your volume. The Elevator continued getting stuck and you had to pry it open/shut to work. Will not book this place again.

The staff was great. Very friendly and polite. The building was a mess. The elevator didn’t work. People were loud banging and slamming doors all night. A small issue was house keeping knocking on door at 10:00 AM asking if I would be checking out.
