The cozy living/dining room includes a TV and a comfortable seating area, with an additional dining room for larger gatherings. On the first floor, you'll find three restful bedrooms (two with double beds and one with a single), two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, and a lovely hall with seating and access to a balcony or terrace. A washing machine, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board add to the convenience. Enjoy the outdoor space with a private garden, sun loungers, parasol, and barbecue. A camping cot and high chair are available for families with young children, and on-site parking makes arrival easy. Located just 20 meters from the center, with restaurants, cafes, and a bus stop nearby, you're also within easy reach of ski slopes, hiking trails, and Lake Santa Croce.
