I have stayed at the property three or four times. However, I noticed recent facility upgrades to the hotel and improvements to the exterior, including fresh, maintained flower boxes.

The hospitality. Theresa is the manager that I had the pleasure of interacting with. She has a pleasant demeanor and was very friendly and helpful… She’s a great manager. I enjoyed my peaceful stay.

Had a joining room and the other room had at least 6 ppl that made a lot of noise while they were leaving at 11-11: 30 pm. It was too late to ask for another room, had to be at the hospital at 5:30am. Probably won't stay here again.

Very good service, but a VERY nasty room

The woman at the front desk was hospitable, friendly and did her very best to make right the issues with our room. The first room we were given had innumerable, visible fluid stains in both queen bed box spring covers. There was (what appeared to be) streams of urine stains on the wall behind/beside the toilet. The inside of the lampshade was splattered with dried red liquid. It was NASTY. The woman was very apologetic and found us a room that was acceptable, and seemed clean—but after the first room, I had lingering cringe that prevented me from feeling comfortable

Thank you for your feedback. Yes Melissa is awesome. And I'm sure she explained that the bathroom is going through an overhaul soon. As for the other pointing out things we have taken care of them and thank you we have addressed those issues and appreciate the honesty in guest views, it helps us to improve.
