Frisch renoviertes / neu aufgebautes Haus der Großeltern mit allem Komfort.
Sehr ruhige Lage inmitten weiterer Einheimischenhäuser am Waldrand.
Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Erreichen des Stadtzentrums innerhalb von drei Autominuten.
