Quiet getaway
Posted Sep. 29, 2021 on HomeAwayNice stay. Although the listing made it appear as "beach" and pond were on the property and it took some time finding, it was a cute place to get away with the kids. Town was nice nearby.

Wedding weekend
Posted Sep. 23, 2021 on HomeAwayMy daughter's wedding was literally right up the road, so the location worked good. The listing said 5 bedrooms. There are 3, with one being locked & no access, which takes it to 2. The other "bedrooms" were wide open spaces (1 is a converted garage & 1 is an open basement), with a bunch of beds. The 2 actual bedrooms were supposed to be queen beds, but they are doubles. It appears the house is someone's full time home, as the counters/cabinets were prettt stocked & the closets were full of clothes, also, there seems to be an office full of "work". Overall, it was a nice & clean space, it's just not quite what we were expecting.

Family Trip
Posted Jul. 29, 2021 on HomeAwayHosts was kind and accommodating. The beach/pond pictured is over 10 miles away and it would have been nice to know this prior to booking. Most of the beds are not very comfortable.
The hunting lodge is amazing and something to see if you have the opportunity.
