Come enjoy this stunning 3,500 square foot home with a fabulous outdoor living space that backs up to one of Suncadia’s green belts. Spend time relaxing in the large great room with connecting kitchen and dining room or appreciate the surrounding beauty while sitting in your own private hot tub. This home is great for entertaining, with a fantastic garage game room, gourmet eat-in kitchen, and adjacent dining area. Rose’ All Day is perfect for 3 families or up to 4 couples.

The Chef’s Kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the cooking appliances you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals. There’s seating for 4 at the large kitchen bar, and the large dining table seats 8 comfortably.

Just off the great room is a fabulous entertainment patio that features a gas fire pit, dining table, lounge chairs, an outdoor couch, and a private Hot Tub! The home backs up to one of Suncadia’s green belts and you’ll often see Deer, Elk, and Wild Turkeys!

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* Main floor master suite has a king bed, a TV, direct access to the back patio and private bath with dual sinks and a huge walk-in shower.
* 1st upper floor bedroom has a king bed and is supported by a guest bath with a shower/tub combo that is located off the hallway.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom is a queen master suite with 2 queen beds, a TV w/Dish and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
* Upper floor bunk room has two sets of twin/full bunk beds and two pull-out twin trundle beds.
* The main floor features a 1/2 bath.

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia swim center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a $100 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 5 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking.

We were pleasantly surprised by how secluded this house felt after renting other homes in Suncadia for the last 4 years. The home was beautiful, clean, with a walking trail right outside the front door. Highly recommend for a couples trip or family trip.
