This beautiful vacation home is located just steps away from the family favorite Swim and Fitness center and at the core of Suncadia Resort.  The home boasts glorious territorial views. Thanks to the convenient location you can take a short walk to the winery, lodge, golf courses, or the pool if you don’t want to take the free Suncadia shuttle!Bedding:  1 King, 2 Queen, 2 TwinThe cozy, three level home offers an open floor plan with spacious kitchen, living and dining areas with large windows, stone fireplace, and hardwood floors. Warm up around the fireplace in the living room while watching a movie with built-in surround sound. Seating for six on two cozy sofas makes this a favorite spot in the house to also enjoy the magnificent mountain views. The bonus room at the entry has a full-size sleeper sofa and 32” smart TV.Enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully stocked gourmet kitchen complete with stainless-steel appliances. The long bar island offers the perfect place to prepare meals, and the seating for four allows family and friends to gather and chat with the cook or eat a quick meal. Beautiful place!

Such a wonderful property! We had a lovely weekend and really enjoyed the location. It looked exactly like the listing and we really enjoyed making s’mores on the back patio. Highly recommend!

Great house--check in process could be better

Loved the house and it was a great stay for 6 of us plus enough room for other family to stop over. Easy walk to hiking trails and main lodge. Short drive to golf, etc. Would stay here again. Check in process is not smooth. House is not ready by 4pm like most properties around the world. But they also don't inform you ahead of time of when the property will be ready so you have to find something to fill your time while you wait for a text. They didn't offer use of any of the facilities while I waited for 2 hours. Fortunately, I had family in another house so I was able to hang out there until our house was ready. For a world class development, they could do a much better job with check in. House was great and when we noticed we were missing some towels, etc. they remedied the situation ASAP. So the only ding is the check in process. Thank you.

House was not ready at 4pm check in time, didn't get in until almost 7:30. Towels and TP were in short supply. Other than that it was fine, the beds were very comfortable.

Family friendly

This property is great for families and in a great location! We walked to the pool, lodge, and nearby playground. The only hiccup was we couldn’t get into the rental until after 6pm and it housekeeping seemed rushed as we found food on the floor and bedding in the dryer. Overall we would stay in this home again and hope next time we can utilize the home closer to 4pm!

Beautiful home excellent location

We had a few issues with the home but they were dealt with quickly professionally by the resort and owner. The home is large and gorgeous with a perfect location. Quick walk to lodge and across the street from pool.

Comfortable + pretty view

Well equipped and clean house. Only issues -> fire place wasn’t working & the parking situation was not ideal. The designated carport parking spot is too narrow to park in, and all other uncovered spots were typically occupied.

Beautiful views

This property is cozy and has wonderful views of the forest and mountains. It is conveniently located to the main Lodge. It was clean and well maintained. It did not have a house information list which is very helpful for guests. And it did not have cable or local TV stations just smart TV apps. Since we where planning on watching the basketball tournament it would have been nice to know there was no TV although very large televisions. unfortunately you cannot record and mirror some sporting events
