* Upper floor guest bedroom with a queen bed.
* Upper floor bunk room with 2 full beds and 2 twin beds.

* Lower floor king bedroom with a large smart TV. This bedroom is supported by a full bath just outside the bedroom door.

* The main floor is equipped with a half bath.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, please park all your cars on the paved driveway. There is parking for about 3 cars in the driveway. Overflow parking lots are available in Suncadia.

**The home is protected with external security cameras at the front of the house.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.

This was a wonderful location for a girls weekend. 6 adults had plenty of space in the kitchen, dining area, and living room. It’s a beautiful space and we would definitely book here again.

Beautiful home, lots of space for our three families to spread out. Great proximity to the bike trail. We spent a few days playing at Lake Easton, about a 20 min drive away - super calm and great for the kids. Dawson Park at Suncadia was fun in the evenings. We've stayed in various homes in Suncadia over the years and have never been disappointed!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent a long weekend here with family. Great house for kids to run around. We had snow throughout the weekend and the golf course behind the house was perfect to do some sledding. Not a long drive for us, so we brought a couple boxes of toys which worked well, as there's not a lot for young children. The rental staff is very responsive and helpful and the snow plowing team at Suncadia is phenomenal. At one point someone came and shoveled our driveway, though previous days we had to work to remove the ice on the walkway (salt was provided). Overall, a wonderful easy vacation!
