The hotel is nice and clean just a little more run down than what I would have expected.

Worst stay I’ve ever had
Posted Feb. 25, 2024 on HotelsHotel advertised a pool and hot tub. Both were shut down when there. In bathroom shower head falling off shower. There was no hot water in the morning. Middle of night the neighbors in another suite fighting and it lasted about an hour in middle of night. Overall terrible experience at a Hilton. I will be very Leary of them’n

The customer service was terrible, the people were extremely rude and I waited 10 minutes at an empty check in counter when I could clearly hear someone who was supposed to be at the desk…Then the woman checked me into the wrong room so my internet didn’t work and the staff called me extremely late with a rude tone as if it was my fault…. The rooms are DISGUSTING, everything was dirty, stained and dingy…. The hotel is run down and out of date… terrible experience. Will never go back again…

The pool was down and when me and my wife took showers the water did not get hot not even warm so we tried again this morning before checking out and the water was still cold. I also was not informed about the all you can eat buffet till I checked out
