4/10 Poor

I was pretty disappointed in this hotel, and wish we had chosen another in town with more character. We did LOVE the town! We arrived at 3:25 and were told we could only check in if we paid the $20 early check in fee. I understood and we returned later. They in the morning breakfast did not open until after 7:15 ( was supposed to be 7:00). Unfortunately we had to leave at 7:30 and weren’t able to have breakfast. It just feels like their time constraints only work on their favor ( can’t check in early, but breakfast can be late). This is one of VERY few negative reviews I’ve ever written, I’m just sad we didn’t choose a hotel with more character , charm and concern for customers.

Everything was great! Reason for good is had to request additional towel and for the price of the rooms, better toilet paper is needed. Breakfast by Jorge was awesome!
